Taco Baked Potato
There are so many ways you can top this delicious meal! Just about any cultured veggie salsa will do as a topping. Don't forget the probiotic cultured cream (aka sour cream) it's the best.I let my baked potato cool for about 10 minutes so that it can become a resistant starch that feeds my microbiome powerfully. Ingredients
- 1 potato – baked until soft
- 2 tablespoons Cultured Peach Pico Salsa
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco meat
- 1/2 tablespoon cilantro – chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cultured Cream –
- 1/2 tablespoon Cultured Border Salsa – or regular salsa

Instructions
- Bake your potato until soft (I like using the crockpot!).
- Cut the top in a small oblong circle and scoop out some of the flesh to make room for your toppings
- Add in your toppings: salsa, taco meat, kefir cheese, etc.
- Enjoy Immediately!
