Due to the nature of our starter cultures, we cannot accept any returns. Please know that all sales are final. If you ordered a starter culture and it isn't working correctly, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. Do not throw your culture away without talking to us first! Doing so will void our money back guarantee.
All Other Items
If you decide that you do not need/want a product that you purchased from us, you may return it up to 30 days after you received it. It must be unopened and received in good condition. We will issue a refund to the same card you used to purchase the product, minus a restocking fee of up to 25%. We will not be responsible if we receive an item back that has been damaged in shipping. In other words, we can't issue you a refund if we are unable to resell the product that you returned to us.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If you received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us right away. We will file a claim on your behalf. We will need you to send us pictures of the damaged item, as well as pictures of each side of the box that the item was shipped in. Please do not throw away the damaged item unless instructed to do so by us. If you do, we might not be able to help you get the item replaced.
Orders that Haven't Shipped Yet
If your order hasn't shipped yet, and you change your mind and want to cancel, you have two options. We can cancel your order and issue you a full refund in the form of store credit. This credit doesn't expire, and you can use it for future purchases.
If you would prefer the refund to go to your credit/debit card, we will have to deduct the card processing fee (around 3%) from your refund. We have to pay this fee whenever you place an order, and the fee doesn't get returned to us when we issue a refund.
