Member FAQs

Your Biotic Pro membership is set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, but you can cancel the renewal at any time. Your membership will still remain active until the expiration date. After that, you won’t be charged again.

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
  2. Once you are logged in, click the Biotic Pro Membership tab.
  3. Under “Biotic Pro Recurring Subscription” click the “View” button next to your subscription.
  4. Under “Biotic Pro Subscription Details” click the “Cancel” button.
  5. Your subscription and membership will switch to “Pending Canceled” status, where it will remain until your expiration date. During that time, you will still be able to access everything related to your membership. After the expiration date, it will switch to “Canceled” status.

If your membership had already been renewed before you had a chance to cancel it, no problem! Just send us an email and we’ll be happy to give you a refund.

When you place an order with us, whether it be for a store product or a Biotic Pro membership, your credit/debit card number will be saved and can be used for future purchases. It will also be used for when your Biotic Pro membership automatically renews at the end of its billing cycle. Your actual card number is stored safely on Stripe’s (our credit card processing company) servers, not ours.

Add a new card for store purchases

If you have a saved card on file, but want to make a purchase with a new card, simply place your order. On the checkout page you’ll be able to either use your saved card, or enter a new card. Once you enter your new card and successfully place your order, it will also be saved for future purchases along with your original card.

Add a new card for Biotic Pro Membership renewals

Since your Biotic Pro membership automatically renews at the end of its billing cycle, we need to have your saved card on file so that your membership can renew without any interruptions to your member benefits. If your card gets deleted from our system, or for some reason the payment fails, your membership will be placed on hold. If you need to change the card that you use for your membership, there are two ways to do it depending on the status of your membership. 

If Your Membership is On Hold

If your Biotic Pro membership was placed On Hold because your card was either deleted or the payment failed, you can reactivate your membership by adding a new card.

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
  2. Once you log in, click on the Recent Orders tab.
  3. Click the “Pay” button next to your failed order
  4. At the bottom of the checkout page, select the option to “Use a new card”
  5. Enter the new card details and click “Place Order”
  6. Your new card will be saved and your Biotic Pro membership will be reactivated.

If Your Membership is Active

If your Biotic Pro membership is still active, but you want to add and use a new card for when your membership renews, you can do so by doing the following steps:

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
  2. Once you log in, click on the Biotic Pro Membership tab.
  3. Under “Biotic Pro Recurring Subscription” click the “View” button next to your subscription.
  4. Under “Biotic Pro Subscription Details” click the “Click the “Change Payment” button” button.
  5. Enter the new card details and click “Change Payment Method.”
  6. When your membership renews, it will now use your new card for the renewal payment.

Delete Your Saved Card(s)

If your saved credit/debit card has changed or expired, or if you simply don’t want to have your card saved for future use, you can delete it from the system.

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
  2. Once you log in, click on the Recent Orders tab.
  3. Click the “Delete Card” button next to the card that you want to remove.

Please note: If you are a Biotic Pro member and don’t have any saved cards on file, your membership won’t be able to automatically renew and will be placed on hold at the end of the billing cycle. You won’t be able to access any of the member areas until you add a new card and reactivate your membership.

If you know what your current password is but want to change it, follow these steps:

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link, and then enter your username and password.
  2. Once you log in, click on the Account Details tab.
  3. Scroll down to Password Change.
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter a new password, then repeat for confirmation
  6. Click “Save changes

Your password will then be changed.

If you don’t know what your current password is, you can easily reset it:

  1. From the Menu Bar at the top of the website, click the Log In link.
  2. Under the Log In button, click “Lost your password?
  3. Enter your username or email address that you registered your account with, and then click the “Reset Password” button. You will receive an email with a confirmation link
  4. Click the confirmation link, you will be taken back to CulturedFoodLife.com where you can enter a new password

You will then be able to log in with your newly created password.
