Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Place ½ of the graham crackers in the bottom of the bowl. Spoon on pumpkin filling. Top with the rest of the graham crackers and whipped kefir topping. Enjoy immediately!
