5 Minute Pumpkin Pie Bowl

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Probiotic Cottage Cheese – you can buy Probiotic cottage cheese at the store now!
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt – or Skyr yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie spice
- 1-2 tablespoons Monk fruit – or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Sprouted graham crackers – crushed
- ¼ cup whipped Kefir topping

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
- Place ½ of the graham crackers in the bottom of the bowl. Spoon on pumpkin filling. Top with the rest of the graham crackers and whipped kefir topping. Enjoy immediately!
