Sprouted Graham Crackers
These are every bit as delicious as graham crackers you buy at the store. You can buy sprouted flour at your health food store or make your own. Sprouted flour will last longer stored on your shelf than regular flours and is loaded with extra vitamins and minerals due to the process of fermentation. Make your bake goods with sprouted flour, it’s so much better for your body and I think it taste better too!
Servings: 16 Crackers
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add honey, butter, and water until a ball is formed.
- Roll out onto buttered or parchment lined baking sheet using a rolling pin.
- Score into 16 crackers with a knife and prick with a fork.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
You can grind these in a food processor to make graham cracker crumbs.
