Lemon Kefir Dressing
This super yummy dressing is one I use on my Kombucha Kale Salad, but it's also good on any salad to add a probiotic dressing! It has kefir cheese and kombucha, and it makes a wonderful dressing that stays preserved in your fridge with billions of microbes.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Kefir Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kefir
- 1 tablespoon Kombucha
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic and place in a food processor or blender.
- Now add the kefir cheese, regular kefir, kombucha, lemon juice and zest, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt. Process until combined.
- Drizzle this over the kale and spinach and toss to combine evenly.
