Kombucha Coconut Smoothie
This smoothie is made with Greek yogurt which is food for bacteria in your gut. It's important to eat different types of cultured foods because they have different strains of bacteria in them which enhance the bacteria that live inside of you.~Donna

    • Virginia,
You are correct that store-bought yogurt tends to have sugar added to it. However, it is very simple to make delicious Greek yogurt at home that contains nothing but milk and whatever starter you use. This starter can be as simple as a spoonful of live yogurt from your last batch so no need to purchase anything fancy. I have been using the same culture for years just using the last batch to make the next.
