  • 1 banana
  • 1cup pineapple
  • 3handfuls spinachfresh, washed
  • 1cup Greek Yogurtyou can make your own from my store!
  • 6ounces Kombuchaany flavor
  • 2teaspoons Coconut Oil
  • 1cup ice
