This is my Holli's favorite kefir ice cream. Use canned coconut milk for a richer consistency.~Donna

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 1 minute. Taste and see if it's to your liking. You can always add more of your favorite sweetener till it tastes as you like.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.
Recipe Notes

I use stevia. I like to use different versions together - such as a liquid and a powdered version of stevia. When used together, they seem to work better. For a regular sweetener, honey, Sucanat, or coconut sugar are good choices. Add more or less than 1/4 cup depending on how sweet you like it. Taste it as you are adding the sweetener to see if you need to add more or less.

It was our anniversary and my hubby went and bought an icecream freezer that uses ice and salt.I was upset at first because he didn’t wait to hear back from you, but we had so much fun, and brought back so many memories of when we used to make homemade icecream w/ fam.Was meant to be I guess.     • Yes, you can although you cannot make your own kefir cheese with store bought kefir. It doesn’t seem to work. You’ll have to buy it and actually life-way kefir gas a new probiotic framer cheese that works well too.
