Kefir & Kombucha Fruit Salad

Fruit salad

  • 2 whole applechopped
  • 1 cup strawberriessliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Walnutschopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsleyfinely chopped
  • 1 cup Kefir Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honeyoptional

Berry Kombucha Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cup orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup Kombucharegular or fruit flavored
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry preservesstrawberry will work too


Berry Kombucha Vinaigrette

  • Place the orange juice, kombucha and preserves into a blender and blend until well combined. Set aside to prepare the salad.

Fruit Salad

  • Place the apples, strawberries, blueberries and walnuts into a medium size bowl and toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley and pour half of the Kombucha Berry Vinaigrette over the salad and toss till well combined.
  • Place your kefir cheese on a plate and pour some of the Kombucha Berry Vinaigrette over the top, saving some for people to add more. Then drizzle with honey. Scoop out small amounts of kefir cheese and top with salad and extra dressing.
