Gingerbread Kefir Smoothie

Black Strap Molasses is loaded with minerals and gives some of that wonderful classic gingerbread taste to this festive smoothie!

  • Using a high speed blender, blend all ingredients (except nutmeg) until well combined.
  • Top with my homemade coconut kefir whipped cream and sprinkle on some nutmeg!
