Gingerbread Kefir Smoothie

I have a kefir smoothie almost every day. I love to mix it up around the holidays and this is one of my favorites. Blackstrap molasses is loaded with minerals and has many health benefits. It has lots of vitamin B6 that can help you deal with stress. It also has a decent amount of both magnesium and calcium making it a good supplement for healthy bones. It also gives some of that wonderful classic gingerbread taste to this festive kefir smoothie!

Instructions

  • Using a high speed blender, blend all ingredients (except nutmeg) until well combined.
  • Top with my homemade Whipped Kefir Topping and sprinkle on some nutmeg!
