Coconut Hot Chocolate
Coconut milk adds an incredible richness to hot chocolate as well as a delicious and smooth taste. The kefir whipped topping is super yummy and it keeps in your fridge for a long time. It's one of my favorite things to have around, especially around the holidays.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sucanat – or substitute 1 teaspoon powdered stevia
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – or cacao powder
- 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 cup Coconut Milk – learn to make your own
- 1/4 teaspoon rum vanilla extract
- Whipped Kefir Topping

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk in a medium sauce pan over low heat until they are well combined.
- Warm the milk but do not boil.
- Serve warm and top with Whipped Kefir Topping.
