Chocolate Kefir Fudge Pops and Pudding
These fudgy pops are so so good!! Creamy and loaded with probiotics it’s the perfect treat. You can also eat this without freezing it into popsicles and just enjoy it as a creamy decadent pudding. Did you know avocados have every vitamin and mineral you need? You could actually live on them and sometimes I almost do. I have an avocado tree and I wait patiently for them to appear and grow. They ripen off the tree so I only pick a few at a time. Avocados are one of my favorite ways to make a creamy dessert!
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 avocado – ripe about an 8 ounce size avocado
- ½ cup Kefir
- 1 cup Coconut Milk – Full Fat canned
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener – You can substitute coconut sugar if you like
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into a blender along with the kefir, coconut milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into ice pop molds and freeze overnight, or for at least 9 hours.
- If you rather have pudding just pour ingredients into cups and enjoy right away or you can chill it for later.
