Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
This creamy Pumpkin Pie Bowl tastes like a little celebration of fall! Frozen persimmons add natural sweetness and a thick, frosty texture, while pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice bring those familiar pie flavors. Strained yogurt and vanilla protein powder make it a satisfying breakfast or snack. I love finishing it with crumbled graham crackers, spiced nuts, and a dollop of whipped kefir topping for a delicious pumpkin pie touch!
