Kefir Ranch Dressing
My husband loves ranch dressing, but I hate the commercial dressings. Most of it is full of MSG and artificial ingredients. So I spent some time trying to create the perfect ranch dressing for him. He’s finicky, so when he liked this, I knew I’d hit the jackpot. You can use this as a dipping sauce too!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Kombucha Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Kefir Cheese
- ½ cup Kefir
- ⅛ cup flat leaf parsley – finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic – finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Kombucha
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced onion – dehydrated
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper – freshly ground
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the dressing to a covered container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.

Storage note: This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
