Watermelon Kombucha Margarita

I discovered the traditional version of this recipe when I was on a cruise in Mexico. I fell in love with margarita’s but just didn’t enjoy the tequila. So I made my own non alcoholic version and of course used kombucha!

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup watermelonfresh and chopped
  • 1 cup KombuchaMargarita kombucha gives this an extra boost!
  • 2 limesjuiced
  • 1 tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Alluloseoptional

  • Combine ice, watermelon, kombucha, and half of the lime juice and allulose (if using) in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Put the other half of the lime juice on a small plate. Put the salt on another small plate
  • Dip the rim of your glass in the lime juice then into the salt so that the rim is covered with salt.
  • Pour the margarita mixture into the salt-rimmed glass and serve.
