Strawberry Banana Kefir Swirl
This yummy kefir combo tastes like ice cream and is perfect to have on a summer morning to make sure you have your daily kefir. I add Prebio Plus (which is optional) to this smoothie, but in truth I add Prebio Plus to kefir every time I have it. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't have a couple scoops of this powerful Prebiotic.
