You can spice them up with different herbs for extra flavor.~Donna Recipe Category Soup, Sourdough Course Main Dish Print Recipe Add to Meal Plan(Members only) Select Course to Add: BreakfastLunchDinner This recipe has been added to your Meal Plan Ingredients 1cup Sourdough Starter 1cup Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour or regular flour 2teaspoons baking powder 1/4teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt 2 teaspoons Olive Oil 1whole eggs 1/2teaspoon coarse ground pepper 1/4cup fresh parsleyfinely chopped Servings: servings Units:US ImperialMetric Instructions Stir together all ingredients, except pepper, until thoroughly combined. Batter will be thick and spongy. Drop spoonfuls of dumpling mixture on top of your stew which should be simmering on low on the stove. Top with freshly cracked pepper.
