Red, White, Blue, and Cultured Too
This recipe takes just a few minutes to put together. It is super versatile with any kind of berries and it is incredibly good for you and really, really yummy! You could even use it as a topping for shortcakes. You will love this super-simple dessert loaded with vitamin C, vitamin A, and probiotics too!

Ingredients
- ½ cup strawberries – chopped
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup cherry – pitted
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar – I used a strawberry aged balsamic vinegar
Kefir Topping
- ½ cup Kefir Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener – You can substitute 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ lemon – Zest

Instructions
- Toss together berries in a bowl.
