Pumpkin Overnight Kefir Oats
These creamy Pumpkin Overnight Kefir Oats bring all the cozy flavors of pumpkin pie to your breakfast jar! Kefir adds a lovely tang that blends beautifully with pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, and warming spices. Oats and chia seeds soften overnight into a thick, creamy breakfast that’s ready when you are. I love making this the night before so a busy morning starts with something delicious and nourishing. You can use yogurt, too!
