Probiotic Pickle Poppers

These get gobbled up at parties and they're fast and easy to make. Kids love them and they get billions of probiotics in each bite. Cultured pickles have properties all their own. They can help with rehydration on a hot day, and athletes use the juice to help them stay hydrated during strenuous sport activities. Pickle poppers are great pickups for kids and adults!
Servings: 6 servings


  • 5 pickle spears (Lacto fermented homemade pickles or Bubbie’s is a store bought brand that you can also use.)
  • 5 slices pasture raised ham
  • 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Kefir Cheese

  • Mix cream cheese and kefir cheese together thoroughly.
  • Spread one heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture evenly onto one slice of ham.
  • Roll ham around pickles.
  • Slice pickle into several pieces and serve. Repeat until all pickles are used.
