Kombucha Italian Dressing
Who doesn't love Italian dressing? Italian dressing didn't really originated in Italy, but rather in North America. It dates back to 1941 in Framingham, Massachusetts, where Florence Hanna, the daughter of Italian immigrants and wife of restaurateur, Ken Hanna, made large batches of her family's salad dressing for the house salads at the restaurant. It was so popular it was made in large vats in Ken's basement to keep up with demand. This dressing uses kombucha instead of vinegar and has a wonderful flavor. Make your own dressings – you won't regret it!
