Kefir Whey Lemonade

This is a wonderful way to use your extra kefir whey that is left over from making kefir cheese.
Servings: 3 servings


  • 3 large lemons
  • 4-6 cups Water spring or filtered with minerals
  • 1/4 cup honey(I like to use stevia for a sugar-free option)
  • 1/4 cup kefir whey

  • Juice 3 lemons and whisk with your water, honey and kefir whey!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or drink right away 🙂
