Kefir Breakfast Bowl
This is one of my favorite breakfasts. It only has three ingredients and is loaded with 70% of the vitamin C that you need in a day. You can add all kinds of toppings to make it extra special and it's a snap to make. Enjoy this wonderful probiotic breakfast as many times as you can. It can change your health and give you one of the yummiest breakfasts around!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Kefir
- 1 cup banana – frozen and cut into chunks
- 1 cup mango – frozen and cut into chunks

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend, stopping to stir and fully incorporate ingredients. The fruit can become stuck on the sides of the blender so stir it till it starts to blend into a smooth consistency.
- Top with blueberries and toasted coconut. Serve immediately.
