Iced Coffee Kefir Frappé
This is one of my favorite breakfast treats. I love it when I need something fast and quick and it gives me all the macronutrients I need for the morning. It is crazy delicious and if you let it set for a few minutes, the layers will appear in the glass and make for a delightful looking frappé’. Remember, coffee feeds your microbes and together with kefir, it’s a win-win combination.
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
 - 1 cup coffee – brewed
 - 1 cup Kefir
 - 1 scoop Collagen Powder – (Vanilla flavored… optional but delicious!)
 - 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
 - 1 tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener

Instructions
- Put the coffee and ice in a blender, pulsing quickly to cool the coffee.
 - Add the kefir, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Blend until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
 - Transfer the mixture to a glass, and let it sit for a minute if you like to watch it separate into two colors. Drink immediately and enjoy!
