Chia Yogurt Berry Pudding

This is a great way to have yogurt as a snack or dessert. You can use any berries and even change it up and use mangoes or peaches. Chia seeds have lots of health benefits and they make you feel full and satisfied. Chia seeds are high in fiber and omega-3s and several nutrients that are important for bone health including calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. Consuming chia seeds may help with blood sugar regulation, possibly due to their high fiber content. They are almost 35% fiber. Use this as a topping for your favorite yogurt and you have a win-win!

  • Combine the berries, honey, and milk in a blender then blend till smooth.
  • Transfer the berry mixture to a bowl, and stir in the chia seeds.
  • Allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve on top of yogurt or as a delicious topping for oatmeal. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
