Carmel Cashew Milk
These nut milk recipe are not probiotic, but I use them in my smoothies, Matcha tea, or coffee. I make some kind of nut milk at least once a week and it is always something I have in my fridge. I love the caramel-like flavor the dates add to this Cashew milk. It is also super easy to make. There is no straining with a nut bag and it whips up in two minutes. It will be the fastest milk you make and quite delicious!

Cashew Milk
- 1½ cups Raw Cashews – soaked for a few hours, then strained
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 whole Medjool dates – pitted and chopped
- 5 cups chilled water

Instructions
Cashew milk
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until the liquid is completely smooth (no chunks of cashew or dates). Transfer to jars, cover, and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
