More Than Taco Salad

Taco salad is one of my favorite salads. You can add so many different types of probiotics to this salad. Try topping with a little kefir cheese for extra flavor. Making a jar of cultured salsa for this salad is one of the easiest fermented foods to make. I have lots of cultured salsa recipes for you to try. Everybody loves taco salad right?! It's a great way to get cultured. Don't forget the Probiotic Guacamole.
