Strawberry Sage Kombucha
Sage is one of my favorite herbs. Fresh sage is more flavorful than dried sage, and the sage plant is beautiful with pretty red flowers. You can use the leaves to make tea, which has been called the "thinker's tea," and it even helps ease depression. So I place the leaves in kombucha to produce a similar benefit.

Ingredients
- 3 sage leaves
- 3 ounces strawberry juice – Fresh or bottled
- 13 ounces Kombucha

Instructions
- Add 3 ounces of the strawberry juice to a 16-ounce bottle. Add sage leaves.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5-14 days checking for fizziness every couple of days. Warmer houses above 70 degrees will finish faster. (Fresh juice will be done closer to 5 days.)
