Sourdough Croutons

This is a great way to use leftover sourdough bread that has gotten a little old. It’s super easy and you can add different seasonings and herbs to change it up. I do this all the time and then I freeze them when I have a bunch. I have two ways I make them which I put in the instructions. You can use a skillet or make them in the oven. It depends on which way is easiest for you. Sourdough croutons make the best salads and soups!
