Sick Day Soup

This is the greatest soup when you're sick. It's comforting, filled with ingredients that soothe and make well and the taste is so surprisingly good you'll be making it when you're not sick too.

Coconut oil contains lauric and monolaurin acid both believed to be antiviral compounds.
Sweet potatoes, kale, garlic, onion, and carrots are loaded with antioxidants and compounds that support your immune system, and are prebiotic too.
