Probiotic Water

Really refreshing and unusual. This drink used to be served to the cowboys or field hands on a hot day to quench thirst. It’s meant to be served icy cold. You can substitute over-fermented kombucha (that is more on the vinegary side) for the apple cider vinegar.

Servings: 4 servings


  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegaror over-fermented kombucha
  • 1/2 tablespoon gingerfreshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons Monk Fruit Sweetener(or honey) to taste


  • Mix together all ingredients and serve. (Ginger will settle to bottom.)
