Probiotic Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Creamy, dreamy, and full of peanut buttery goodness—this Probiotic Peanut Butter Ice Cream is a gut-friendly treat you can feel great about. 🥜💛 Made with coconut milk, protein powder, yogurt, and peanut butter powder, it’s packed with probiotics and protein. You can make it in a Ninja CREAMi or your favorite ice cream maker. Top it off with melted chocolate or a couple of SkinnyDipped PB Cups for a truly irresistible dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit – or Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Skyr or Greek – yogurt
- ÂĽ cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups – optional

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined.
Ninji ice cream maker instructions
- Place the blender mixture in the Ninji ice cream containers and freeze overnight.
- Remove the frozen CREAMi container from the freezer, place it in the CREAMi machine, and hit the “Ice Cream” setting. Remove the CREAMi container from the machine and check the texture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Place the container back in the machine with the lid on and select “RE-SPIN.” Serve with melted chocolate or extra peanut butter, or chopped SkinnyDipped PB cups. You can get them at Costco.
Regular ice cream maker
- Place the mixture from the blender directly into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
