Matcha Strawberry Yogurt or Kefir

This is a great way to have yogurt or kefir with the health benefits of matcha tea. You can really mix it up with any kind of fruit you'd like. Mango and pineapple work well too.   • Place strawberries in a small bowl and mash with a fork or masher. Add a little sweetener if you'd like it sweeter. Place strawberries in a tall glass.
  • Sweeten yogurt with honey, maple syrup, or allulose. I usually use a few teaspons depending on how sour and tart it is. Place yogurt on top of strawberries in a glass.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of matcha tea powder to a bowl or cup. Add 2 ounces of water and mix with a handheld mixer until frothy. Add almond milk to matcha and pour over the top of the yogurt. Eat immediately.
