Fermented Grapes
People love these delicious cocktail grapes that I serve at my classes. They pop in your mouth with a multitude of flavors. You'll get a hint of cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic, and green onion all in one bite. You can stick them on skewers with slices of cheese and other fruits for a snack or a party. Be forewarned, these can be quite addictive once you get started eating them.
