Chocolate Frosty

This is a wonderfully decadent treat when you need something sweet and comforting and low carb! It also has probiotics and cocoa powder which is one of the richest sources of polyphenols. Cocoa is also especially abundant in flavanols, which have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Chocolate and ice cream just go together. Another bonus if you use allulose sweetener, which I love – it has a low freezing point so it keeps your ice cream softer than most homemade ice creams made with non-caloric sweeteners. Allulose is a great sweetener!
