Apple Yogurt Oatmeal Bowl

This bowl is pure comfort — warm spiced apples, creamy yogurt, and hearty oats all coming together in one nourishing bite. It’s everything you love about apple pie, but wholesome, high-protein, and full of probiotics that love your gut.
The secret is the homemade apple compote — soft, caramelized apples with cinnamon and vanilla — spooned over creamy oats and topped with a swirl of protein-rich yogurt. Just make sure to let the oatmeal and apples cool until warm (not hot) before adding the yogurt, so the live cultures stay alive and thriving.
A drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of toasted pecans finish it perfectly. It’s an easy, healthy, low-sugar breakfast or snack that fills you up, comforts your soul, and supports your gut health with every delicious spoonful.

Transfer to a medium pot, add butter, water, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine salt, and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the apples release liquid, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the apples have softened. Taste and adjust the spices as needed. Set aside to cool.
