Probiotic Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit – or Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Skyr or Greek – yogurt
- ÂĽ cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Skinny Dip Peanut Butter Cups – optional

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined.
Ninji ice cream maker instructions
- Place the blender mixture in the Ninji ice cream containers and freeze overnight.
- Remove the frozen Creami container from the freezer and place it in the Creami machine, and hit the “Ice Cream” setting. Remove the Creami container from the machine and check the texture. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Place the container back in the machine with the lid on and select “Respin”. Serve with melted chocolate or extra peanut butter, or chopped Skinny PB cups. You can get them at Costco.
Regular ice cream maker
- Place the mixture from the blender directly into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
