Ingredients
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 cups cold water
- 2-3 tablespoons Monk fruit – or any sweetener of your choice
- ½ cup Yogurt whey
- ½ cup ice

Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the lemonade and cut the lemon into quarters, and place in a high-speed blender.
- Place other ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes until the lemon is fully incorporated. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
- Add more sweetener if needed.
