Yogurt Whey Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2-3 tablespoons Monk fruitor any sweetener of your choice
  • ½ cup Yogurt whey
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Cut off the ends of the lemonade and cut the lemon into quarters, and place in a high-speed blender.
  • Place other ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes until the lemon is fully incorporated. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
  • Add more sweetener if needed.
