Kefir with Stewed Strawberries

This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy kefir in winter. Straining kefir makes it thicker, richer, and more satisfying — almost like yogurt — while still delivering all the benefits of living cultures. Warm fruit + cool kefir = easy digestion
Why this works. Lightly stewing the strawberries breaks down the fruit fibers, making them easier to digest, while kefir adds beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and proteins. This combo is especially nice in winter or for sensitive guts.
