Spicy Lemon Kombucha
Lemon kombucha is crazy delicious, but add a little jalapeno and you'll get a kick! Jalapenos have lots of vitamin C and capsaicin. Capsaicin has impressive health benefits with its anti-inflammatory and vasodilator properties that promote healthy blood flow. It also appears to turn off NF-kB, a protein that promotes tumor growth.
