Homemade Raspberry Vinegar

Raspberry vinegar contains ellagic acid, a known cancer fighter, and has higher levels of antioxidants than almost any other fruit vinegar. This recipe has only four ingredients, and you only need a little time to make it. It makes a beautiful gift, and once people try it I promise you they will want more. It's quite yummy and fun to make! You'll need a small amount of either red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar with the mother in it. This is your culture and allows the raspberries to ferment and the microbes to eat the sugar, converting it to acetic acid and a wonderful vinegar.
