This dip is packed with kefir cheese, cultured veggies, and a wallop of vitamin C! Made with kefir cheese (or strained skyr or Greek yogurt), spicy kimchi, chipotle hot sauce, and fresh herbs, this dip is loaded with beneficial bacteria, protein, and bold flavor. It’s perfect as a veggie dip, spread for wraps, topping for bowls, or served with crackers and sourdough bread.
