High Protein Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Sometimes you just want pizza… but you also want something that nourishes your body and keeps you feeling good. This simple crust has become one of my favorites because it’s made with wholesome ingredients like cottage cheese, eggs, and parmesan, which create a beautiful golden crust that’s packed with protein and flavor.
It blends together in minutes and bakes up surprisingly sturdy and satisfying. Then the fun begins — adding your favorite toppings like pizza sauce, creamy yogurt sauce, broccoli, onions, and extra cheese.
It’s warm, comforting, and deeply satisfying, but it’s also made in a way that supports your body instead of weighing you down. Sometimes the simplest foods become the ones we come back to again and again, and this pizza is one of those recipes in my kitchen.
