Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough Bread
- ⅓ cup Pizza Sauce
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Probiotic cottage Cheese
- fresh basil – chopped
Toppings
- Turkey Pepperoni
- chicken meat balls
- crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to Broil
- Place sourdough toast on a baking pan. Smear pizza sauce on bread evenly.
- Top with pepperoni, meatballs, or whatever you would like.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Place under the broiler and cook until golden brown, checking often so it doesn't burn.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down a little, then top with cottage cheese, fresh basil, and crushed red peppers. Eat immediately.
