Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit – or Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Skyr or Greek – yogurt
- ÂĽ cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 3 whole strawberries
Magic Chocolate Topping
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 ounces Chocolate chips

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined.
Ninji ice cream maker instructions
- Place the blender mixture in the Ninji ice cream containers and freeze overnight.
- Remove the frozen Creami container from the freezer and place it in the Creami machine, and hit the “Ice Cream” setting. Remove the Creami container from the machine and check the texture. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk. Place the container back in the machine with the lid on and select “Respin”. Serve with fresh or freeze-dried strawberries and melted chocolate. Enjoy!
Regular ice cream maker
- Place the mixture from the blender directly into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Magic Chocolate Topping
- Place all ingredients into a double boiler pot. Place over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted.
- Drizzle the mixture slowly over cold ice cream. The coconut oil will harden in a few seconds when it comes in contact with the ice cream.
