🍵 Tenzo Organic Matcha – Your New Morning Ritual
I’ve always loved coffee, but as my body changed, it no longer loved me back. I began to feel acidic and overstimulated, and I knew I needed something that would support my health, not stress it. That’s when I found ceremonial-grade matcha, and everything shifted.

Say hello to calm energy, vibrant focus, and a gentle uplift with Tenzo Organic Ceremonial Matcha—my go-to replacement for coffee and a beautiful new ritual in my life.
This isn’t just any green tea. Matcha is made from the whole tea leaf, stone-ground into a fine powder that you whisk into water or milk. It’s richer in antioxidants and nutrients than regular green tea—and it feels different too. Smooth, clean energy without jitters. I even enjoy it before bed with no issues sleeping.
But what surprised me most was how deeply it supports gut health. Matcha is a prebiotic—it feeds the good bacteria in your microbiome. It contains galactooligosaccharides (GOS), which help strengthen the gut lining and support the growth of beneficial microbes. After just a few weeks of drinking it daily, I felt the difference—in my digestion, my energy, and even my skin.
💚 Why I Love Tenzo Matcha:
-
Prebiotic-rich for microbiome and gut support
-
No crashes or jitters like coffee
-
L-theanine + caffeine for calm, focused energy
-
Supports weight loss and metabolism (hello, EGCG!)
-
Enhances skin glow and clarity
-
Easy to make – hot or cold, with milk or plain
I now drink matcha once or twice a day—often with homemade almond milk, which blends beautifully. You can also stir it into smoothies with kefir or yogurt for an extra probiotic punch.
✨ This tea is a daily act of self-care that nourishes me from the inside out.
If you're ready to try it, Tenzo Organic Matcha is a ceremonial-grade matcha I trust and love. But any high-quality ceremonial-grade matcha will give you the same beautiful benefits.
🍵 It's not just a drink—it's a ritual.
Not All Matcha Teas Are the Same – Why Ceremonial Grade Matters 🌿
When it comes to matcha, quality makes all the difference. I’ve tried many types over the years, and let me tell you—not all matcha teas are created equal, and not all are good for your body.
There are several grades of matcha, and the most important thing to know is this:
Ceremonial-grade matcha is the highest quality available. It’s made from the youngest, most tender leaves of the tea plant, picked by hand, carefully shade-grown to boost chlorophyll and L-theanine, then stone-ground into a vibrant green powder. This is the matcha traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, and it’s prized not just for its taste—but for its benefits.
💚 Why ceremonial-grade matcha is better:
-
More antioxidants (especially EGCG)
-
Higher in calming L-theanine
-
Lower in bitterness and astringency
-
No added fillers, stems, or older leaves
-
Easier on your digestion and better for your microbiome
In contrast, culinary-grade matcha is made from older leaves and often includes stems or lower-quality parts of the plant. It’s usually more bitter, dull in color, and often mixed into lattes or baked goods to cover up the flavor. It still has some health benefits—but not nearly as much as ceremonial grade.
Some lower-quality matcha powders even contain additives or are oxidized and brownish in color. These won’t give you the calm energy or the prebiotic, antioxidant-rich boost you’re looking for—and they often taste grassy or bitter.
So if you're drinking matcha to feel good, to heal, and to support your gut and energy—go ceremonial. It’s worth it.
That’s why I use Tenzo ceremonial-grade matcha and recommend starting there. You’ll taste the difference—and you’ll feel it too.
