Does double fermenting kefir make it lose nutritional value and can you double ferment using the freeze dried grains?

Re the fungal toes: my podiatrist gave me a little packet of “Fungal Files” by Pedifix…”disposable files for fungal nails and common warts”. It is like an emery board and seems to be very effective.

I tried Oolong tea, along with black & steeped them both 20 min. My kombucha had a bitter taste. Was it due to the oolong tea or was it steeped too? or maybe the oolong was in too hot of water.

Thoughts on the oolong tea?
