This is a Stick-on Digital Temperature Thermometer Strip. It detects Degrees in Celsius and Fahrenheit and is perfect for placing on a glass jar to test your kombucha brewing temperature.
The strip will light up with the two closest temperatures to the brew in your jar. They one that is the brightest will be the correct temperature. Just peel the paper off the back and attach the thermometer and it gives you an accurate temperature reading.
