For the past 10 years, I’ve been studying probiotic foods and perfecting delicious recipes to harness the potential of “good bacteria.” My passion for cultured cooking was spurred from hardship. At the age of 40, I endured a rough pregnancy, resulting in a 4 lb. premature infant, diabetes and high blood pressure. My eldest daughter was suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, and my world seemed to be crumbling. Through learning to make cultured foods and recipes, I conquered disease and restored the health and wellness of my family.
Now, I share my love for probiotics through lectures, blogging, this website, DVD & videos, and cooking classes, where I’ve helped countless others improve their health.
