This is more of a fun question but I really want to try some, lol!

Does anyone have any experience with long stringy yogurt? Is it only one particular strain or a texture that can be achieved with several cultures.

In other words, is it more of a technique rather that a specific culture.

I’ve seen pictures, and this video (https://youtu.be/f2AkLX23HGQ?t=801) of Caspian Sea Yorgurt that looks like it might be stringy but I don’t know for sure.

Maybe it’s my love for Central American/Mexico “cremas” which are basically pourable fresh dairy cheeses. Unfortunately you can’t find healthy versions of any of them in stores so I never eat them.

    Any ideas are welcome:)
